so happy to share the newest member of my beach
collection with you ;)
all (hihihi, not all, but most;) my lovely testers are through
and i am ready to publish the pattern for driftwood today
get your copy here
i wanna thank the girls for their help and their outstanding
work with this pattern THANK YOU ALL!!
some testing ladies said that the armhole is quiet long,
so i changed the pattern here and hope that the fit is now
better, though i liked it as it was before...
(but i think that doesn't affect the look that much)
laceweight!!! think i will be occupied with this for a while...
also planning to get the pattern for chalkstone ready to test
in 2 or 3 weeks (the raw version is ready, so i only (haha) have to check the numbers and my stupid english)
...and there is another new sweater blocking right now....
looove how this turned out and i love the colour!!
knitted with fingering weight yarn on 4 mm [US 6] needles
more details to come....
hope you all have good days
isa k.
These new designs are absolutely lovely !!

ReplyDeletemaybe someone could help me with driftwood? I have gotten to the part about continue working sleeve increases... and and doing the size medium so I am supposed to do the set of two rows a total of 9 times (or at least that is how I am reading the pattern.) At the end of this the pattern says I should have 48 arm stitches? I am increasing by 4 every time I do a knit row. By my count I should 28+ 4(9) = 28+36 = 64. What the heck am I doing wrong?
ReplyDeletewow, I really love the driftwood sweater!
ReplyDeletepls let me know if the pattern is also available in german?!
thanke so much
I'm in love with this Driftwood sweater. I am more in love with the refined Driftwood you show in a different post. Your pieces are beautiful. I just started knitting and am in awe of what you can create!

After the first four rows, it says "work to m..." (And repeat) but I don't know what stitch that's supposed to be. Help!!!
