ReplyDeleteHow long do my circular needles need to be?
ReplyDeleteHi Emily,
Deleteat least 32 in long for a relaxed knitting...
''3 skeins montana by lang yarns (90m per skein)'' - I cannot find that yarn on lang yarn's site, so please, would you explain what yarn weight or yarn type is used for the scarf? Also, do you know the weight of those skeins?
ReplyDeleteThank you
Très joli modèle, dommage je ne comprends pas les abréviations, merci quand même !
ReplyDeletethat should be easy to explain:
Deleteco = cast on (monter)
pm = place marker (placer marqueur)
k = knit (maille(s) endroit)
p = purl (maille(s) envers)
sts = stitches (mailles)
BO = bind off (rabattre)
rnd(s) = round(s) (tour)
hope that helps ;)
is it possible to make a video tutorial of this? i am brand new at knitting and trying to find the definitions of these terms and how to do them but it isn't really helpful.
ReplyDeleteI have some *very* interesting thick/thin yarn that's been in the stash WAY too long... This is perfect-o. The finished piece will be a charitable donation: thanks so much for this!
