contiguous experiments

experimental knitting using this idea
by SusieM

notes:
3 centre sts for shoulderseam
mirrored inc on knit and purl sides (m1l, m1r)
sleeve cap:
replaced markers (5 sts between)
sm, m1, k2, m1, k1, m1, k2, m1, sm, .....

thinking about inc only on the knit sides
- 4 inc per knit row -

........

first pics of my finished revival test

i did one slip st seam on the front
was thinking about crocheting through this
to accentuate it a bit more..?

the yarn is wonderful to wear, but hell to knit
no chance to knit while watching tv
it is soooo splitty that i had to look on every
single st i made, to make sure i knit through all threads

more pics to come

have a nice day

  2. The shoulder looks really good. What kind of increases did you make.I chose simple lift increases. It looks ok, but not perfect. I finished my sweater, but had to deal with a too high back neck.

  3. Love that blue sweater! The line in the front is such a nice detail.
